Since the 1980s, Founder and CEO John Melcher, a US Army veteran, has been in the technology arena. From selling and supporting the early Personal Computers (think IBM PC) to being in the US Army Signal Corps responsible for the operation and maintenance of multi-million-dollar satellite communications equipment, his vast experience has taken him around the world supporting various clients and ventures.

Whether hunkered down in a bunker in Iraq and Afghanistan, being in remote areas of Africa like Rwanda and Mali, or gorgeous locations like Perth, Australia and Ankara, Turkey, John has used ingenuity and fortitude to make the most of various situations and drive forward earning accolades from, not only organizations he's had the pleasure to work for, but also the various clients and US Army Divisions he has supported over the years.

His determination to "always learn more" and willingness to help and train others goes far in an industry where many like to keep information to themselves.
